1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeata7 website at jeata7.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature or service offered by jeata7, you acknowledge that you have read this document in full and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jeata7 platform regardless of how they access the service — whether via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by jeata7. They apply equally to guest browsing, registered account holders, and players actively using any game, betting market, or promotional offer on the platform.

1.1 Modifications to Terms

jeata7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jeata7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notice. The updated Terms & Conditions will display the revised effective date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jeata7 platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation (if provided for informational purposes), the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a player account with jeata7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in the interests of, any third party.
• You have not been excluded from gambling services, whether voluntarily through jeata7's self-exclusion tools or by any other mechanism.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jeata7 or its affiliated game studios and payment providers.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with jeata7. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts associated with the same player, the forfeiture of any bonus funds, and the withholding of winnings pending investigation. 2.2 Geographic Access

jeata7 is operated primarily for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations. jeata7 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its target market and accepts no liability arising from access by players in prohibited territories.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jeata7 services, including sports betting, casino games, and financial transactions, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method information.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. jeata7 is entitled to rely on the information you provide and accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by you.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account — you must update your jeata7 account information promptly. jeata7 cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

3.2 KYC Verification

jeata7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming. Before processing withdrawals above specified threshold amounts, jeata7 may require you to submit documentation confirming your identity and the ownership of your payment method. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from jeata7 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jeata7 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced account security. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — will be treated as your own activity and will be subject to these Terms & Conditions. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jeata7 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by jeata7 on deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the limits and processing times detailed below and on the jeata7 Payments page.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jeata7 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash (Personal and Agent accounts)
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank)
• Upay
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards (deposit only, subject to issuing bank approval)

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jeata7 is ৳200 for all mobile money methods. Deposits made via supported payment channels are credited to your jeata7 BDT wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation. jeata7 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — the payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name and match your jeata7 account details.

jeata7 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or third-party payment source and to request supporting documentation before crediting disputed amounts to a player's wallet.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, subject to method availability. Average processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is approximately five minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

jeata7 will only process withdrawals to accounts held in your own name. Requests to transfer winnings to a third party's mobile money or bank account will be declined. jeata7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

4.4 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account correctly, or a withdrawal has not been received within the stated processing time, contact jeata7 support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number, amount, date, and payment method used. jeata7 will investigate and respond within two business days.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jeata7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your jeata7 account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sports betting markets, and certain arcade games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the relevant offer terms. Playing game types with a low or zero contribution will not efficiently clear wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jeata7 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a bonus offer in conjunction with low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; sharing a bonus with another player; and providing false information to qualify for a promotional offer. jeata7 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the individual offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account. jeata7 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances. Players are responsible for tracking bonus validity periods from within the Account Settings panel.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

jeata7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer is withdrawn while a player is actively using it, the player will be given reasonable notice and an opportunity to complete wagering under the original terms where practically possible.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jeata7, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following obligations apply to all registered players and visitors to the jeata7 platform.

6.1 General Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and in all communications with jeata7 support.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share account access with any other person.
• Use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting operation.
• Comply with any responsible gaming measures applied to your account, including deposit limits, time-outs, or self-exclusions.
• Notify jeata7 promptly if you become aware of any technical error, exploit, or system vulnerability on the platform.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jeata7 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jeata7 games, betting markets, or the platform interface in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion in sports betting or live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal gameplay conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise the true origin of account activity.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the jeata7 platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. jeata7 is required by applicable standards to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeata7 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any jeata7 content, software, or intellectual property.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Both jeata7 and the player have the right to close a player account. The terms and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the account is closed voluntarily by the player, closed by jeata7 for cause, or suspended pending investigation.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your jeata7 account, contact [email protected] with a written request. jeata7 will process account closure requests within two business days. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests at the time of the closure request.

Players who close their account and subsequently wish to re-register must contact jeata7 support. Re-registration may not be available to players who closed their account due to a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request — please refer to the Responsible Gaming Policy for details.

7.2 Closure by jeata7

jeata7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• The player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players, jeata7's systems, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by jeata7 for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable fraud investigation procedures. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. jeata7 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the email address on file before any administrative fee or further action is applied to an inactive account. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to prevent their account from becoming inactive.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeata7's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the platform, or any service provided by jeata7 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions

jeata7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service resulting from circumstances beyond jeata7's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from access to your account by an unauthorised third party where that access was facilitated by your own negligence.
• Any technical errors, latency, or display issues on your personal device that affect the presentation of game outcomes or odds.
• Decisions made by third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) regarding game rules, RNG outcomes, or game integrity — these are governed by the respective studios' own certified systems and terms.

8.2 Platform Availability

jeata7 operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, jeata7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses incurred during periods of scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures. jeata7 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance via in-platform notices.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with jeata7's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. jeata7 encourages players to contact [email protected] in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal process.

8.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeata7 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, and database structures — is the exclusive property of jeata7 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jeata7.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the jeata7 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeata7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
